New technologies

Thanks to many years of experience and continuous improvement of our knowledge, we understand the needs of the IT industry and are able to discuss them. Terms such as ‘SLA’, ‘agile methodologies’, ‘agile’, ‘kanban’, “scrum” and ‘Saas’ are familiar to us. We can advise on the preparation and execution of IT contracts.

IT Law

IT law, including new technology law, mainly concerns software houses (engaged in the development of custom software and applications, as well as their testing) and other companies cooperating with IT solution providers, including, for example, interactive agencies that outsource part of their work to developers as part of their projects (a system of delegating work outside the company), as well as start-ups obtaining funds from investors.

Scope of service

  • Drafting and reviewing agreements for the creation of applications for software developers and investors (IT agreements),
  • Legal advice on the creation of cloud projects and SaaS (Software as a Service) services;
  • Creating terms of use for websites, web applications and mobile applications (including SaaS services),
  • Providing services to computer game producers (licence agreements, production agreements, distribution agreements and other documents related to copyright in computer games).
  • Designing holding structures for IT companies;
  • Reviewing and negotiating investment agreements in the IT industry;
  • Representing clients in court in disputes concerning IT agreements and software;
  • Providing ongoing comprehensive legal services to IT companies (civil law, commercial law, labour law, copyright law, IT law, personal data protection).
