As part of the valuation, we analyse the data provided by our clients regarding the costs and revenues that can be obtained from the use of trademarks and patents. Based on the information collected, we prepare comprehensive reports containing the necessary description of the asset being valued, the procedures and methods used, limitations and risks, and a summary of the valuation results that reflect the market value of the asset. None of the valuations we have prepared have been challenged by the tax authorities to date.
